1. Your Relationship with Us
Welcome to use the Yadrama platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Yadrama") provided by 河南龙鳞影业有限公司 (hereinafter referred to as "We"). The registered address of the Company is [28F, Poly Center, Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China].
Special reminder for minor users (especially children under the age of 13) and their guardians: we have specially formulated a dedicated section for minor protection.
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as these "Terms") govern the relationship between you and us, constitute a binding agreement between you and us, and specify your rights and obligations when accessing and using the Platform, as well as our related websites, services, products and content (collectively referred to as the "Services"). Certain services or functions (including but not limited to the permission to submit or share User Content, as defined below) may be subject to age restrictions and are not available to all users. The Services we provide are only for your personal and non-commercial use. For the purpose of these Terms, "You" shall mean the user of the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please read them carefully.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services that reference these Terms of Service as their governing terms, you acknowledge and irrevocably represent that you have read and understood these Terms, and you voluntarily and irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you, as a guardian, discover that a child under your guardianship has used our Platform, please contact us immediately to delete the account. For the purposes of these Terms, "children" refer to users under the age of 13; or users under additional minimum age limits ("Minimum Age Limits") for specific jurisdictions, as set forth in the table below:
• Users aged 13 to 18 in these countries must obtain consent from their parents/guardians before using the Platform.
** Users under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland may use the Platform if they obtain consent from their parents/guardians prior to use.
*** For users located in the United Arab Emirates, the minimum age for legally consenting to commercial transactions is 21 (according to the Islamic calendar). However, underage users aged 18 to 21 may obtain a court order allowing them to enter into specific commercial transactions. In addition, underage users over the age of 7 may engage in commercial transactions with the approval of their guardians.
Please also read our Privacy Policy, as it governs how we process your personal information. Your use of the Services on our Platform is deemed your acceptance of these Terms.
3. Changes to Terms and Services
We may amend these Terms from time to time, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all users with reasonable notice of any material changes to these Terms, such as through notifications on our Platform. However, you should also review these Terms regularly to check for such changes. We will also update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms to reflect the effective date of the revised Terms.
Your continued use of the Services beyond the effective date of the new Terms will indicate your acceptance of the new Terms (provided we have fulfilled our notification obligations). If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop accessing or using the Services. By accessing or using the Services that reference these Terms of Service as their governing terms, you acknowledge and irrevocably represent that you have read and understood these Terms, and you voluntarily and irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
4. Your Account
To access and use certain content of the Platform, you may need to create an account with us ("Your Account" or "Yadrama Account"). You may choose not to create an account, but certain functionalities will be limited.
Your Account is for your personal use only. You are prohibited from lending, renting, transferring, or otherwise allowing any third party to access or use your Account. User identifiers (such as User ID) assigned to you by the Platform in connection with the Services remain our property, and we have the right to disable, recycle, and reuse these identifiers if you or we terminate or deactivate your Account for any reason.
You are responsible for: (i) protecting your Account information, including any passwords used to access your Account and our Services; and (ii) all activities conducted under your Account when using our Services. If you know or suspect that your Account or password has been compromised, you must promptly notify us via longlinyingye@gmail.com
Unless we receive and confirm notification from you that your Account and/or password has been compromised, we will assume that you are the one using your Account.
You agree to be solely responsible (to us and/or third parties) for all activities that occur under your Account.
We reserve the right to disable or terminate your User Account at any time if: (i) you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms; or (ii) in our reasonable discretion, your activities may cause harm, damage, violation, or infringement of any third-party rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
If you no longer wish to use our Services and want to delete your Account, we can assist you with this. You may initiate Account deletion yourself through our official website (https://accountdelete.yadrama.live/) or in-app settings. For specific instructions, please refer to our Account Deletion Policy (https://apiv2.yadrama.com/web/Agreement.html?type=5®ion=0#/other).
5. Content
When you submit, upload, transmit, or display any data, information, media, or other content related to your use of our Services ("Your Content"), you understand and agree that:
• You will retain ownership of and be responsible for Your Content;
• Our use of Your Content will be governed by our Privacy Policy;
• By posting, sharing, uploading, or otherwise making Your Content available on our Platform, you grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use Your Content. This license includes the right to create derivative works of Your Content for the following purposes: to publicly display and perform Your Content, and to promote, develop, and improve our Services (including services related to your submission and any other services we may provide now or in the future). When using Your Content for these purposes, we and our affiliates may copy, store, process, adapt, modify, translate, execute, distribute, and publish Your Content (including through future-developed distribution methods integrated into the Services you use); we may share Your Content with third-party partners who help provide, promote, develop, and improve our Services, but we will not sell Your Content to such third parties (other than our affiliates) for their own purposes (i.e., any purpose unrelated to our Services);
• You will comply with these Terms when posting, sharing, uploading, or otherwise making Your Content publicly available.
You are fully responsible for Your Content, and we recommend that you keep a backup copy of it at all times. You must at all times ensure that: (i) you have the necessary rights to post, transmit, display, or otherwise make Your Content publicly available and to grant us the rights set forth in these Terms; and (ii) Your Content (and our use of Your Content in accordance with these Terms) does not infringe or violate any third-party rights or any applicable laws or regulations.
You warrant that any such contributions meet these criteria, and you will indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, costs, damages, losses, or expenses arising from any breach of this warranty. This means you will be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a breach of this warranty.
We reserve the right to edit, crop, modify, or refuse to publish Your Content in our sole discretion. We have the right to remove, disallow, block, or delete any Content you post on our Services if, in our sole discretion, Your Content does not comply with the content standards set forth in these Terms. In addition, we have the right (but not the obligation) to remove, disallow, block, or delete any of Your Content (i) that we consider to violate these Terms, or (ii) in response to complaints from other users or third parties, with or without notice and without any liability to you. As a result, we recommend that you save copies of any Your Content you post to the Services on your personal device(s) to ensure you have permanent access to such copies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, appropriateness, or quality of any Your Content, and under no circumstances will we be liable for any Your Content in any way.
In certain circumstances, we also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that Your Content you posted or uploaded to our Services infringes their intellectual property rights or privacy rights. Such disclosure will be subject to a legally binding court order.
Any Your Content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You must not post any Your Content on or through the Services, or transmit to us any Your Content, that you consider confidential or proprietary. When you submit Your Content through the Services, you represent and warrant that you own Your Content, or that you have received all necessary authorizations, clearances, or permissions from the owner of any part of the Content to submit it to the Services, transmit it from the Services to other third-party platforms, and/or adopt any third-party Content.
You acknowledge and agree that when you view Content provided by others on the Services, you do so at your own risk. The Content on our Services is provided for general information only and is not intended to constitute advice on which you should rely. Before taking or refraining from taking any action based on the Content on our Services, you must obtain professional or specialist advice.
We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees (whether express or implied) that any Platform Content (including Your Content) is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. If our Services contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for informational purposes only. We have no control over the content of those sites or resources, and such links should not be construed as our endorsement of the linked websites or the information you may obtain from them. You acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we have no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, review, or edit any Content posted by you or other users on the Platform (including Your Content).
By posting Your Content to or through the Services, you waive any rights to prior inspection or approval of any marketing or promotional materials related to such Your Content. You also waive any and all privacy rights, publicity rights, or other similar rights in connection with Your Content (or any portion thereof), unless you apply privacy settings when posting such Content. To the extent any moral rights are not transferable or assignable, you hereby waive and agree never to assert any and all moral rights, or to support, maintain, or permit any action based on any moral rights you may have in or with respect to any Your Content you post to or through the Services.
6. Prohibited Activities
Unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations, we have no obligation to monitor User Content and are not responsible for monitoring any inappropriate or illegal Content or conduct by other users. However, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to monitor and/or record your interactions with the Services and other users when you are using the Services.
Your access to and use of the Services are subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not:
• Access or use the Services if you are not fully capable and legally competent to agree to these Terms;
• Engage in any form of child endangerment or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, possession, solicitation, sharing, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); the sexualization of minors; grooming; coercion or sextortion; facilitating harmful contact with minors; or misrepresenting your age or attempting to circumvent age-gating or parental controls;
• Make unauthorized copies, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create any derivative works of the Services or any content included therein (including any portion of any files, tables, or documentation), or determine or attempt to determine any source code, algorithms, methods, or techniques embodied in the Services or any derivative works thereof;
• Distribute, license, transfer, or sell, in whole or in part, the Services or any derivative works thereof;
• Market, rent, or lease the Services for a fee, or use the Services to advertise or conduct any commercial solicitation;
• Use the Services for any commercial or unauthorized purpose without our express written consent, including communicating or facilitating any commercial advertisements or solicitations;
• Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services, disrupt our website or any networks connected to the Services, or bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services;
• Incorporate the Services or any portion thereof into any other program or product. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or limit access to the Services in our sole discretion;
• Use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Services;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity (including giving the impression that any Content you upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise make available originates from the Services);
• Intimidate or harass others, or promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
• Use or attempt to use another person’s Account, service, or system without authorization from Yadrama, or create a false identity on the Services;
• Use the Services in a manner that may create a conflict of interest or undermine the purposes of the Services, such as trading reviews with other users or writing or soliciting fake reviews;
• Use the Services to upload, transmit, distribute, store, or otherwise make available in any way: files containing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material; any unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or any other prohibited form of solicitation; any private information of any third party (including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, identification document numbers (e.g., National Insurance numbers, passport numbers), or credit card numbers); any material that does or may infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any other person; any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, pornographic, hateful, or inflammatory; any material that constitutes or facilitates child endangerment, CSAE, or CSAM; any material that would constitute, encourage, or provide instructions for a criminal offense, dangerous activities, or self-harm; any material that is deliberately designed to provoke or antagonize others (especially trolling and bullying) or intended to harass, harm, hurt, scare, distress, embarrass, or upset others; any material that contains any form of threat (including threats of physical violence); any material that is racist or discriminatory (including discrimination based on race, religion, age, gender, disability, or sexuality);
• Provide any answers, responses, comments, opinions, analysis, or recommendations for which you are not properly licensed or otherwise qualified to provide;
• Or post, share, or promote any material that, in Yadrama’s sole judgment, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Services, or may expose Yadrama, the Services, or its users to any type of harm or liability.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and consultants, from and against all claims, liabilities, costs, damages, losses, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees and expenses) arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Terms by you (or any user of your Account), including but not limited to any breach of your obligations, representations, or warranties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
No provision in these Terms shall affect your legal rights that cannot be altered or waived by contract, and you shall always exercise these rights as a consumer.
The Services are provided "AS IS". We make no warranties or representations regarding the Services. In particular, we do not represent or warrant that:
• Your use of the Services will meet your requirements;
• Your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Any information you receive as a result of using the Services is accurate or reliable;
• Defects in the operation or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the Services will be corrected.
No representations, warranties, or other terms (including any implied terms relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, or compliance with description) shall apply to the Services except as expressly set forth in these Terms. We may change, suspend, withdraw, or limit the availability of all or any part of our Platform at any time without notice for business and operational purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
No provision in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for damages that may not be legally excluded or limited by applicable law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors, and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above provisions, we shall not be liable to you for:
(i) Loss of profits (whether direct or indirect); (ii) Loss of goodwill; (iii) Loss of opportunities; (iv) Loss of data you suffer; (v) Indirect or consequential loss you may suffer; or (vi) Any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of:
• Any changes we may make to the Services, or the permanent or temporary discontinuation of the Services (or any functionality therein);
• The deletion, corruption, or storage failure of any Content or other communication data maintained or transmitted using the Services;
• Your failure to provide us with accurate Account information;
• Your failure to keep your password or Account details secure and confidential.
Any other losses shall be limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
Please note that our Platform is for domestic and private use only. You agree not to use our Platform for any business or commercial purposes, and we shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or business reputation, business interruption, or loss of business opportunities.
If defective digital content provided by us damages your device or digital content due to our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we shall not be liable if you fail to properly follow installation instructions or recommendations to meet minimum system requirements, or if you choose not to follow our recommendations or apply updates. These limitations on our liability to you shall apply regardless of whether we have been informed or should have been aware of the possibility of any such loss.
Please note that using the Platform may incur telecom charges and other fees (including text message and data charges), and you are responsible for all such fees and expenses. If you are unsure of these charge standards, please consult your service provider before using the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you irrevocably hold harmless us and our affiliates from all known and unknown claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) arising out of any dispute between you and any third party (including any carrier, copyright owner, or other user) in connection with your use of the Services.
10. Updates and Changes to Software and Services
We may, in our sole discretion, distribute corrections, updates, upgrades, and new versions of the "software" and/or "services" (collectively, the "Updates"). You agree to receive and allow us to provide Updates to your device, and you acknowledge that if you do not accept and install Updates, the software and/or services may no longer operate with the full functionality or performance described in the specifications, or may fail to operate entirely. These Updates may be automated or manual. We do not warrant that any Updates will be provided for any of our Platform or Services, or that such Updates will continue to support your device or system.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or restrict the functionality and performance of the software and/or services (including withdrawing support for or access to the software and/or services) and to prevent the use of any software and/or services for which all available Updates have not been installed.
11. Payments, Fees, and Charges
You may from time to time make payments to us or other third parties in connection with the Platform. You agree that, in addition to any other relevant provisions of these Terms, you will comply with all terms and conditions of the relevant payment service (whether the payment service provider is us or a third party). We are not liable for any transactions processed by third parties or any payments made to third parties (whether or not in connection with the relevant Licensed Items). You agree to bear all costs and taxes associated with the Platform, and all prices and availability of the Platform may change from time to time.
Unless otherwise provided in these Terms of Service or required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, no Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency shall be refundable after purchase (whether used or unused) under any circumstances.
12. Virtual Goods and Virtual Currency
You acknowledge that you do not own the Virtual Items; they are provided solely for your enjoyment of our Services. All sales of Virtual Items by us to you are final.
You shall not trade, sell, gift, transfer, or lend Virtual Items (a "Virtual Transaction") except as expressly permitted by us in writing. Any user of the Services who violates this restriction may have their Account terminated by us, have Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency forfeited from their Account, and/or be held liable for damages, litigation costs, and transaction costs.
All Virtual Items of a user will automatically expire upon termination of such user’s Account for any reason.
You are also required to comply with our Virtual Items Policy regarding the purchase and use of Virtual Items. Please note that we may update these policies from time to time.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights (including any future updates, upgrades, and new versions) of the Platform, our Services, and software shall remain the property of us and our licensors. You have no right to use our intellectual property rights unless expressly provided in these Terms. In particular, you have no right to use our trademarks, product names, logos, domain names, or other unique brand features without our prior written consent. Any comments or suggestions you may make about our Services are entirely voluntary, and we may use them at our discretion without any obligation to compensate you or assume any other obligations.
We respect all intellectual property rights and ask that you do the same. As a condition of accessing and using the Services, you agree not to use the Services to infringe any intellectual property rights (e.g., not to upload any Content owned by any other person to the Platform). We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and with or without notice, to block access to and/or terminate the Account of any user who infringes or is accused of infringing any copyright or other intellectual property rights.
14. Third-Party Software, Content, and Services
When you use our Platform or Services, you may access Content from a variety of sources—including Content posted by you and/or other users, Content provided by third-party providers, or any other third-party Content made available or accessible (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Third-Party Content"). We may also from time to time provide you with third-party Content and services through our Platform or Services. We are not responsible for, and do not provide support or guarantees for, the legality, accuracy, or reliability of any Third-Party Content submitted, transmitted, displayed, or linked to by our Platform, Services, or partners. You acknowledge and agree that by using our Platform or Services, you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or illegal. Any reliance on or use of our Platform or Services or any Content accessible from our Platform or Services is at your own risk. Your use of our Platform or Services does not entitle you to any rights to access Content in connection with your use of our Platform or Services.
We also do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any third-party services provided, advertised, or linked to through our Platform or Services, and we assume no responsibility for your use of or relationship with any such third-party services. If you access third-party services through our Platform or Services, you must comply with any terms and conditions applicable to those services.
From time to time, third-party Content and services may be made available to you through our Platform or Services, subject to additional terms (including terms from the relevant third party that originally created such Content and services). You agree to comply with any other terms and conditions notified to you in respect of such third-party Content and services.
We may review (but are not obligated to review) Content or third-party services provided through our Platform or Services to determine whether they comply with our policies, applicable laws and regulations, or are objectionable. We may remove or refuse to provide or link to certain Content or third-party services if they infringe intellectual property rights, are obscene, defamatory, abusive, infringe any rights, or pose a risk to the security or performance of our Platform or Services.
However, please note that we do not assume any responsibility for, nor do we accept, support, or guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any Content, software, plug-ins, tools, or data provided by third parties in connection with the licensed use. Any reliance on or use of such Content, software, tools, plug-ins, or data is at your own risk. You must comply with any other terms applicable to any third-party Content, software, tools, plug-ins, and data.
15. Use of Your Device Through Our Platform and Services
To better provide you with our Platform and Services, we may request access to and/or use of your relevant devices (e.g., mobile phones, tablets) to access the software and/or services—for example, we may need to use your device’s processor and storage to complete the installation of relevant software. You agree to allow us to access and use your device. For detailed descriptions of these matters, please refer to the Privacy Policy. You may also use the guidelines in the Privacy Policy to restrict our use of certain functions on your device.
We will provide further information about how the software of a specific item or a specific service can be used and accessed by you in the relevant software or service or through other means to access your device (e.g., stored as part of the installation process of the relevant service through the relevant installer). Please understand that if you do not authorize us to use or access your relevant devices, we may not be able to provide you with our relevant Platform or Services.
Any personal information we use or access on your device (as defined in the Privacy Policy) will be handled in accordance with these Terms (including our Privacy Policy).
16. Termination
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your User Account or restrict your access to some or all of the Services, with or without notice to you, including in the following circumstances:
• We reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, or we have objective grounds to reasonably believe that you will violate these Terms (including any incorporated agreements, policies, or guidelines) or applicable laws or regulations;
• Your activities on your Account, in our sole discretion, may cause damage to us or our Services, or infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights);
• In response to requests from law enforcement or other government agencies under valid legal procedures;
• Unexpected technical or security issues;
• Your Account has been inactive for a long period of time.
If we permanently close or terminate your User Account, we will notify you in advance to allow you time to access and save your information and Content—unless we have reason to believe that your continued access to your Account will harm us or our Services, or violate the requirements of law enforcement or other government agencies, applicable laws or regulations, or third-party rights.
Depending on any legal rights you may have, if your Account is temporarily or permanently suspended or terminated, your access to your username, password, and any relevant information or Content associated with your Account may be suspended or terminated. Since we do not guarantee that your Content will be permanently available, you should back up any valuable Content.

17. Your Legal Rights
No content in these Terms shall supersede your mandatory legal rights under any laws and regulations. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and such mandatory legal rights, the mandatory legal rights shall prevail.
18. General Provisions
You agree that no claim shall be made against us for any statement not expressly provided for in these Terms. The invalidity of any provision (or part of any provision) of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions (or the remainder of such provision). If a court finds that we are unable to enforce any part of these Terms as drafted, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, replace such provision with a similar provision without changing the remaining provisions of these Terms. No delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any right under such provision. Any rights and obligations under these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination or expiration shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to any obligations of the parties regarding liability or compensation (if any).
No person other than you and us (subject to any applicable laws and regulations) shall have the right to enforce these Terms against any person. You may not delegate, assign, or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior consent. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we may freely assign, transfer, or subcontract these Terms or all or part of our rights and obligations under these Terms without your prior consent or notice. You acknowledge and agree that in no event shall our partners or affiliates assume any liability under these Terms.
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and us governing your use of the Services and completely replace any prior agreements between you and us in relation to the Services.
Security. We do not guarantee that our Services will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs, and Platform to access our Services, and you should use your own virus protection software.
19. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
We strive to comply with global data protection laws and regulations to safeguard users’ personal data. We continuously optimize and update our data protection practices to meet statutory requirements across all jurisdictions. Should you identify any areas for improvement regarding our data protection measures during your use of our service, you are welcome to submit your feedback.
Certain jurisdictions impose unique regulatory requirements. If you are a resident of the listed specific jurisdictions, additional local provisions shall apply alongside this Privacy Policy.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, both parties shall first seek an amicable settlement through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction at the first instance.
You may apply for mediation with local consumer protection authorities in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, or file complaints pursuant to relevant communications and transmission regulations.

By accessing the Platform through a device manufactured by Apple Inc. ("Apple"), you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
• Apple is not a party to these Terms with you;
• The license granted to you pursuant to these Terms is limited to personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to install the Platform on Apple-authorized devices that you own or control for personal and non-commercial use, subject to the usage rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service;
• Apple is not responsible for the Platform or its Content, nor is Apple liable for any maintenance or support services related to the Platform;
• If the Platform fails to comply with any applicable warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the Platform (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple disclaims all other warranty obligations with respect to the Platform;
• Apple is not responsible for resolving any claims made by you or third parties concerning the Platform or your ownership or use of the Platform, including but not limited to (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the Platform does not comply with any applicable laws or regulations; (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar laws and regulations;
• If any third party claims that the Platform or your ownership and use of the Platform infringes such third party’s intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or dismissing such intellectual property infringement claims;
• You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country embargoed by the U.S. Government or designated by the U.S. Government as a state sponsor of terrorism; (b) you are not included on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple shall have the right (and shall be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary;
• The Platform explicitly authorizes multiple users to use the Platform through Family Sharing or any similar functions provided by Apple.
Supplementary Terms for Google Play
By downloading the Platform from Google Play (or its successor) operated by Google Inc. or one of its affiliates ("Google"), you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
• (a) the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play Business and Program Policies, or all other terms designated by Google as the default end-user license terms for Google Play (collectively, the "Google Play Terms"); and (b) the other terms and conditions in these Terms shall apply to your use of the Platform downloaded from Google Play;
• You hereby confirm that Google has no responsibility or obligation for the compliance or non-compliance of the Platform or you (or any other user) with these Terms or the Google Play Terms.

Our Terms of Service and Guidelines are designed to foster trust, respect, and a positive environment for everyone in this community. We trust all users to respect the community and keep Yadrama harmonious and welcoming for everyone.
Yadrama is simply NOT the place to post, share, or promote any of the following:
Harmful or Dangerous Content
When you use Yadrama, you are joining a global community. Do not post or share Content that could harm other users or encourage them to harm themselves—whether through physical, emotional, financial, or legal harm.
• Terrorist organizations and any other criminal organizations are strictly prohibited from using Yadrama.
• DO NOT use Yadrama to promote or support such organizations or individuals.
• DO NOT post, share, or send any Content that depicts dangerous acts, self-injury, or suicide, nor provide any Content that encourages others to engage in such activities.
• DO NOT post, share, or send any Content that depicts, promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for eating disorders.
• DO NOT intimidate or threaten others, including threats of physical harm against a specific individual.
• DO NOT use Yadrama to sell or encourage the use of weapons, bombs, drugs, or any other regulated goods prohibited by local laws.
• DO NOT use Yadrama to encourage or promote online gambling or other financial schemes.
• DO NOT post, share, or send any Content related to illegal activities.
Graphic or Shocking Content
Yadrama is not the place for graphic, violent, shocking, or sensational Content. If you wouldn’t show this Content to your parents or children, please don’t post it here.
• DO NOT post, share, or send any violent, graphic, shocking, or sensational Content, nor provide any Content that incites others to commit acts of violence.
Discrimination or Hate Speech
Yadrama is an inclusive community. It is not acceptable to attack or incite violence against other users.
• DO NOT post, share, or send any Content that incites hatred against a group of people based on their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, culture, disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, or any other form of discrimination.
• DO NOT post, share, or send Content that may provoke hostility, including trolling or provocative remarks.
Nudity or Sexual Activity
The Yadrama community is not the place for sexually explicit Content or Content intended for sexual gratification. If it isn’t something suitable to be done or shown in public, don’t post it.
• Yadrama strictly prohibits any Content that contains, promotes, or encourages sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or sexual violence. DO NOT post any such Content.
• DO NOT post, share, or send explicit Content, sexual Content, or nudity.
• DO NOT provide Content related to prostitution, solicitation, or any other type of sex trade.
Child Endangerment
We prohibit users from creating, uploading, or distributing Content that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children. If we become aware of Content that sexually exploits, targets, or endangers children, we may report the matter to law enforcement and cooperate with them as appropriate.
• DO NOT post, share, or send any inappropriate interactions targeted at a child (e.g., groping or caressing).
• DO NOT post, share, or send any sexualization of a minor (e.g., imagery that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children).
• Yadrama strictly prohibits any form of sextortion (e.g., threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to the child’s intimate images).
• Yadrama strictly prohibits any trafficking of a child (e.g., advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation).
• Yadrama strictly prohibits child grooming (e.g., befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child).
• DO NOT use public posts or private messages to harass underage users.
• DO NOT use the app if you are under 13, or the minimum age for your country or region if specified differently in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Harassment or Cyberbullying
We work hard to promote a positive environment and an abuse-free experience for our users. Please keep your interactions civil and treat all users with respect.
• DO NOT use public posts and/or private messages to harass others.
• DO NOT disclose others’ personally identifiable information, such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, ID numbers, and credit card numbers.
• DO NOT deliberately degrade, humiliate, defame, or bully others, nor encourage other users to do so.
Impersonation, Spam, Scams, or Other Misleading Content
Our community values high-quality, engaging Content. Content that is spammy, fake, fraudulent, or misleading is prohibited and will be removed.
• DO NOT impersonate another person or organization by creating fake identities, mislead others about your relationship with another person or organization, or post misleading Content for financial gain.
• DO NOT create artificial traffic in any way, such as trading reviews, hiring others or being hired to write reviews, sharing repetitive Content, sending chain letters, or using deceptive information to encourage views, likes, or comments.
• DO NOT post any Content or conduct any activity that harms members of our community, including defrauding users, phishing schemes, and deceptive practices.
Intellectual Property
Yadrama is a place for unique and original creativity and expression.
• DO NOT post, share, or send any Content that violates someone else’s copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Other Malicious Activity
In addition to the Content and behaviors outlined above, our policies prohibit activities that undermine the Yadrama service or damage Yadrama’s legitimate interests.
• DO NOT interfere with Yadrama’s daily operations, hack its website or associated networks, or bypass its measures to restrict user access.
• DO NOT distribute files that contain viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
• DO NOT modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create any derivative products based on Yadrama (including any files, tables, or documentation), nor attempt to regenerate any source code, algorithms, methods, or techniques embodied in Yadrama.
• DO NOT use automated scripts to collect information from Yadrama.
• DO NOT pretend to be Yadrama officials to trick users into making fake recharges, etc.
• DO NOT use bugs to gain unfair advantages, damage the in-Platform environment, or adversely affect other users.
• DO NOT purchase or obtain virtual currency and subscription services through channels not officially authorized by Yadrama.
• DO NOT conduct unauthorized transactions of Accounts, virtual currency with others.
• DO NOT maliciously request a refund after recharging and using virtual currency and subscription services, which will cause losses to the Platform.
• DO NOT attempt to make illegal profits or harm the Platform’s interests by any other means of circumventing the Platform’s rules.

1. How to Obtain Coins
In-App Purchases
From time to time, we may offer "Coins" for purchase through the App Store, Google Play, or other application platforms ("in-app purchases"). If you choose to make an in-app purchase, you will be prompted to enter details for your account with the mobile platform you are using (e.g., Apple, Google, etc.) ("your IAP Account"), and your IAP Account will be charged for the in-app purchase in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase and the general terms for in-app purchases applicable to your IAP Account. The price of the Coins will be displayed at the point of purchase. All charges and payments for Coins will be made in the currency specified at the point of purchase through the relevant payment mechanism.
Currency exchange settlements, foreign transaction fees, and payment channel fees (if any) are based on your agreement with the applicable payment provider.
You will be responsible for the payment of any Coins purchased by you. Once your purchase is completed, your User Account will be credited with Coins.
Unless required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, any completed order is non-refundable (regardless of whether the purchased virtual goods and virtual currency have been used).
If you live in the European Union, you have certain rights to withdraw from a purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive and its implementing legislation. However, if you purchase Coins, you acknowledge and agree that we will start supplying the Coins to you promptly upon completion of the purchase, and therefore, your right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase agreement will be lost at that point.
Collection Methods
You can also collect Coins through the following methods:
• Participating in campaigns and activities;
• Daily Sign-in;
• Other methods Yadrama may add from time to time.
There is no significant difference between Coins collected by users through the above methods and purchased Coins, and both can be used for the same Services on Yadrama. However, because Coins collected by users through the above methods are generated by the system and not purchased by the user, you agree that Yadrama has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or eliminate such Coins in its sole discretion (in any general or specific case), and Yadrama shall have no liability to you based on the exercise of such right.
• Daily Sign-in;
• Completing Tasks;
• Other methods Yadrama may add from time to time.
2. How to Use Coins
Coins can be used for:
• Participating in games;
• Other existing uses and uses Yadrama may add in the future.
• Other existing uses and uses Yadrama may add in the future.
Yadrama has the right to adjust the uses and usage rules of Coins from time to time.
Coins cannot be converted or exchanged for cash, nor will they be refunded or reimbursed by us for any reason.
Coins can only be used on Yadrama and as part of our Services, and cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, discounts, or special offers—except those designated by us.
Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, no Coins may be assigned or transferred to any other user of the Services or third party. The sale, barter, assignment, or other disposal of any Coins by anyone other than us is expressly prohibited.
Accrued Coins do not constitute property and are not transferable in the following circumstances: (a) upon death; (b) as part of a domestic relations matter; or (c) otherwise by operation of law.
Any assignment, sale, or other transfer of Coins without our prior written consent is void. Any user of the Services who violates this term may have their Account terminated by us, have Coins forfeited from their Account, and/or be held liable for damages, litigation costs, and transaction costs.
All Coins of a user will automatically expire upon termination of such user’s Account for any reason.
We reserve the right to deduct Coins from your Account if the user obtained them illegally or fraudulently.
You agree that we have the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or eliminate such Coins if we have a valid reason to do so (e.g., if we reasonably believe you have violated this Policy, breached any applicable law or regulation, or for legal, security, or technical reasons). We shall have no liability to you based on the exercise of such right.
3. Special Notes
Virtual Items and subscription services must be purchased through officially approved channels such as the App Store/Google Play.
Handing over your Account to others for operation, conducting private transactions with others, prohibited proxy recharging (any purchase of Coins through unofficial channels or entrusting others to recharge on your behalf is strictly prohibited; common types of prohibited proxy recharging include but are not limited to: purchasing and recharging from unofficial third-party recharge platforms, private transactions with third parties, and providing your User Account for login and recharging from third-party devices), or maliciously requesting a refund after recharging are all violations of the Platform’s rules. These actions will disrupt the normal management of the Platform and may put your Account and personal information at risk (including but not limited to information leakage, credit card fraud, recharge failure, and malicious Account theft).
In addition, such recharge and/or refund activities are mostly scams and may easily result in property damage. Yadrama will always crack down on the aforementioned behaviors and reserve the right to pursue legal liability in accordance with applicable law.
In response to the aforementioned violations, the Platform has the right to take measures including but not limited to the following:
• Recover all virtual currency and purchased items in the Account suspected of proxy recharging or malicious refund;
• Freeze all remaining virtual items in the Account suspected of malicious refund until the refund is canceled or the full refund amount is reimbursed;
• Temporarily or permanently ban the Account;
• We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by recharging through unofficial proxy channels, malicious refunds, or Account transactions.
You may delete your Account at any time, and Yadrama may terminate your Account in accordance with the Terms. All Coins in your Account will be immediately forfeited upon deletion or termination of your Account. No refunds will be given for any unused or unredeemed Coins. Therefore, we recommend that you use them before terminating your Account.
If you have any problems with Coins, please provide feedback or report through "Settings - Support" in the Yadrama APP or email longlinyingye@gmail.com
If you find any user engaging in prohibited activities such as proxy recharging, malicious refunds, or Account transactions, please report it immediately on the user’s profile page in the APP.
3. Account Deletion Policy
[Special Note] Dear users, before you initiate the Yadrama Account deletion process, we would like to make the following special notes to you: Yadrama will cease to provide high-quality and diversified products and services for this Account, which will inevitably bring inconvenience to your after-sales rights protection. Once your Yadrama Account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated, and you will not be able to retrieve information (including the Content you posted). Please consider carefully before deletion.
If you still decide to delete your Yadrama Account after careful consideration, please read and fully understand this Yadrama Account Deletion Policy. After accepting all its contents, please proceed to the next step in accordance with our deletion operation guidelines. By initiating deletion through the methods provided in Part 3 of this Policy, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the entire content of this Policy. If you need to use our Services again after deletion, you are welcome to re-register using your mobile phone number or other methods allowed by Yadrama. At the same time, we would also like to know about your experience with our products/services, and you can contact us by email at longlinyingye@gmail.com to help us further improve our products and services.

I. Please note: Account deletion will have the following impacts on you:
1. Once your Yadrama Account is deleted, you will not be able to log in to or use this Account (including using this Account as a third-party account to log in to other products), meaning you will not be able to log in/use/continue to use Yadrama’s related products and services through this Account;
2. Once your Yadrama Account is deleted, all Content, information, data, and records under the Yadrama products and services that you logged in to and used with this Account will be deleted or anonymized—unless we need to retain them as described in "4. How do we store and protect your personal information" of our Privacy Policy. You will also not be able to retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use, or recover them, and you have no right to request us to recover them (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or required by regulatory authorities), including but not limited to:
• User information (e.g., profile picture, username) and linked information (e.g., third-party network platform Account) under this Account;
• Your personal information under this Account (you will no longer be entitled to the user rights set forth in the Yadrama Privacy Policy, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations);
3. Applying for Account deletion means you waive the rights and interests already generated but not fully consumed during your use of Yadrama’s products and services, as well as future expected benefits. That is, once your Yadrama Account is deleted, we will clear all your rights and interests under this Account, including:
• All unexpired Account-related rights, interests, and privileges (e.g., Premium and VIP membership);
• Virtual items purchased or recharged under this Account;
• All identity-related rights and interests bound to this Account;
4. Once your Yadrama Account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated (even if you apply to register a Yadrama Account again with the same third-party platform Account after deletion, the Account will be a new one). Therefore, we kindly remind you to back up any Content you deem necessary before applying for deletion;
5. Once your Yadrama Account is deleted, the relevant user agreements and other rights and obligation documents signed between you and us will be correspondingly terminated (except those agreed by you and us to remain in effect or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations);
6. Other consequences caused by the deletion of your Yadrama Account.
II. Before applying to us for the deletion of your Yadrama Account or during the application process, to protect your Account security and property rights and interests, please verify and ensure that the Yadrama Account you are applying to delete meets the following requirements:
1. This Account was registered by you through our official channels in accordance with the Yadrama Terms of Service and relevant platform specifications;
2. There are no outstanding or ongoing transactions in the Account, including but not limited to:
• No outstanding orders in mall transactions;
• No other outstanding transactions or orders/services provided but not paid for.
3. If the Account has subscribed to the "auto-renewal" function, please cancel the "auto-renewal";
4. Other requirements that need to be met to protect your Account security and property rights and interests.
You may first attempt to resolve the above issues yourself. If you are unable to resolve them or have any doubts during the process, please contact us for assistance through "Me - Feedback" in the Yadrama APP or email longlinyingye@gmail.com
III. How to delete your Yadrama Account?
1. There are two entry points to delete your Yadrama Account; you can choose either:
There is one entry to delete your account, and you can follow these steps:
a. Log in to your account;
b. Tap "Me" and find "Settings";
c. Select and tap "Delete Account".
(Currently, not all Account types support deletion via the website. If you are unable to delete your Account through the website, please log in to the APP or contact our customer support at longlinyingye@gmail.com)
2. You can initiate Account deletion yourself through the aforementioned methods. Once the Account deletion initiation operation is completed, your Account will enter a cooling-off period (calculated as one fee settlement cycle, usually 30 days) from the date of initiation. If you do not revoke the initiation, Yadrama will automatically complete the Account deletion operation. Please note that this operation is irreversible, and your data will not be recoverable after execution.
3. Other steps you should take if you wish to completely delete your Account (i.e., disassociating your third-party network Account from the Platform, if applicable).
4. This Yadrama Account Deletion Policy includes the impact of Account deletion on your rights and interests and other contents. Please read it carefully and fully understand it, and proceed to the next step of deletion only after accepting all the contents of this Policy;
5. To protect your Account security and property rights and interests, we need to authenticate your identity for the deletion application (e.g., verifying the mobile phone number or third-party Account bound to this Account) to ensure that this Account was registered by you.
IV. Can I terminate the Account deletion?
1. If less than 30 days have passed since you initiated the deletion, you can terminate the Account deletion and automatically reactivate your Account. After 30 days, your Account and all your information will be permanently deleted, and you will not be able to retrieve your information.
2. To terminate the Account deletion:
• Log in to your Account in the APP within 30 days of initiating the deletion;
• Click "Reactivate".
For matters not covered in this Policy, please refer to the Yadrama Terms of Service, Yadrama Privacy Policy, and relevant rules and instructions of Yadrama during the deletion process. At the same time, you acknowledge and accept that: even if your Yadrama Account is deleted, it does not mitigate or exempt you from the relevant liabilities you (may) need to bear in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, relevant agreements, and rules.
If you encounter any problems that you cannot handle or have any doubts during the Yadrama Account deletion process, please contact Yadrama customer service staff for assistance.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy (including any issues relating to the existence, validity, or termination of this Policy) shall be handled in accordance with the terms of the Yadrama Terms of Service.
